We took the 26 Glacier cruise from Whittier and yes there were 26 Glaciers to view and these are awesome.

Day 7 August 23 Whittier and Prince William Sound
Whittier is a little fishing town and most of the residence all live in the same condominium. This is like the high rise housing in Melbourne. The only way to Whittier is through a tunnel,which is shared with the Train and is only one way,so is only open for each direction at specific times. Otherwise Ferry or Fly.
We took the 26 Glacier cruise from Whittier and yes there were 26 Glaciers to view and these are awesome.
Surprise Glacier at Prince William Sound. Our Vessel was about 100 Meters from this. We
also saw it carving where chunks of ice break off into the Water.
