Day 14 August 30 Dawson City to Delta Junction

We leave Dawson City this morning and have to join a convoy of cars again back to Chicken in Alaska and then onto Delta Junction.

The B & B We stayed in last night. This was a lovely setting,but a long way off the main highway to Fairbanks.

    Food is great i will mention it in another Post.

    Chicken got its name because Miners in the area wanted to call it Ptarmigan after a Bird that is common in the area,but coudn't work out how to spell it so settled for Chicken instead.
